Accounting Instructor

TM School, Inc. in Arlington Heights, IL has an opening for a position of Accounting Instructor.

Position Description:

• Instruct students in the subject area of accounting to include individual income tax laws, bookkeeping practices, payroll accounting, and accounting software applications.
• Develop and manage overall training program as well as class syllabus and ensure that the syllabus meets the organization’s standards.
• Conduct necessary research to plan, develop, implement, deliver, and evaluate assigned instructional courses and programs.
• Plan and create lectures, in-class discussions, and assignments.
• Teach QuickBooks User Program Classes.
• Grade assigned papers, quizzes, and exams.
• Report student learning outcomes, class reviews, and analyze student data.
• Develop registration processes and monitor educational quality.

Position Requirements:

• Master’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2 years of experience in the job offered.
• Must have QuickBooks ProAdvisor Certificate.
• Must be fluent in Ukrainian and Russian.

This is a full-time position.
